Windows 10: Change display background when triggers are present like switching focus mode on?

Hello, I tried but could not figure out how to do it - I want to set a specific background to appear when i put the focus mode on. So far i have come across only to play a specific music from spotify if i turn focus on, but nothing about the background - not in personalization settings and not in focus settings. Any ideas?

Well, I don't use a tablet.
My PC is listed in specs.
The OP was expressing a dislike of a white explorer background.
Someone else posted it was necessary to edit the registry to make changes.
Still others suggested it is a good idea to use a shell replacement ?
And another thought recompiling the explorer.exe binary using an editor makes sense ?
What ?

Using high contrast, it is easy
and a simple few clicks to make all kinds of changes.

It is also easy and simple to switch from default non colorized theme
to high contrast mode. (one click)

I have 2 monitors one is USB with no power button
iv been using the "presentation display mode" thingy to turn it on/off as needed

I had a button on my taskbar that I could trigger it with one click of the mouse
but I just reinstalled windows after nearly a year and I can't remember how I got that button
