Windows 10: Help moving Windows 11 product key to a new account

Aright so I built a pc bout 6months ago and I recently realized it may have some malware or other security issues, so I bought a new ssd as my old one was slow anyway, and I updated my bios. I am using it with a new Microsoft account and I am wondering if I can use my original product key on the new Microsoft account. I bought the product key through Microsoft online. I believe that my key is linked to my old Microsoft account. I just really dont wanna buy a new windows key cause they are expensive for me rn. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
