    My laptop keeps hard freezing and have to force shutdown it every time


    Hi. My laptop keeps hard freezing. It started last May 26, 2025, around 11 in the evening. It just stopped responding, no input can make it respond. Whenever I press the keyboard, the keyboard itself lights up but no other sign of response. This happened around September last year too. BUt at that time, the screen totally blacked out. All display was gone, but the screen was on. Now, when this occurs whenever I watch a video, the video just freezes at that certain frame and the sound cuts off. No BsOD too. I have to keep force shutting it down to get it back up and running again. Resetting the

    Original title: my laptop wont shutdown.

    I go through the process and it freezes so i have to a force shutdown, even if try to put it sleep

    How to force shutdown on laptop lid close ?

    Hi,
    I want to force a shutdown when the user close the laptop lid even if MSWord is open and the document was not saved.
    Any suggestion ?

    Why does Laptop freezes after using Bluetooth mouse for longer time

    I have noticed that every time I am using the Bluetooth mouse, the laptop screen will freeze for more than 20 seconds. I had to force shutdown my laptop to stop the freezing.
