Windows 10: Constant ntoskrnl.exe crashes for almost a year now

Crashes started about a year ago. Started by reformatting and doing a fresh copy of Windows. Then started replacing parts. Ended up replacing the RAM and then the mobo since it was due for an update anyways. The crashes got less frequent, but still happened about once a day. The bug check string changes a lot, but every single crash links back to ntoskrnl.exe. Recently, the crashes have dropped to once every few days, but I can't identify any pattern to them. For a while, they seemed to primarily happen when playing Youtube videos, and YT pages would often crash and cite status_access_violati

Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.

In that case I haven't a clue. I haven't personally used pirated software in a few years. Multiple searches for WinDivert.sys/WinDivert64.sys completes with zero results so I'm unsure. I have a VPN and wireshark installed, or at least I did but haven't uninstalled it properly because a few of its files disappeared. It's the same with ccleaner and other programs, sometimes if I haven't used them in a long time they randomly disappear. I'll continue my search for this system file. Moving on from that anyway, attempted a DISM scan just in case but its clean.
