Windows 10: My HP pavilion 15 laptop cant connect to wifi

Hi, MicrosoftModel number: pavilion 15-cs3069txA few days ago, my laptop suddenly couldn't connect to any form of Wi-Fi, it just showed no connection, no Wi-Fi button for me to access, including in the settings. Every time I access the settings, it lags. It brings me to task manager and realize the CPU usage is always 100%. I reset the whole laptop and used a bootable USB to install a new Window 11. But the lag and Wi-Fi issues are still there.By using all the methods in [task manager 100% usage ] troubleshoot using SAFE MODE and CLEAN BOOT, and realized there is a service called "Windows Con

New HP Pavilion laptop

Its a Virgin media superhub I got,And no other devices in household had ever problems with connection,only that new laptop(I did buy wifi adapter,because I couldnt solve the problem myself and it works perfect.

It may be irrelevant, as other posters have suggested that it's either toast or just use the LAN port, but these are the actual network adapters in the card:

Wireless: Broadcom OR Intel PRO Set
LAN: Realtek GBE

HP Pavilion laptop wifi problems

Couple of things.

First, I'm almost positive that model of laptop was part of the big HP recall. The cooling was sub-par and the chipset had the problem with the solder failing due to heat.

Second, the WIFI starting to fail was an early sign that the laptop was close to dying.
