  1. LiveKernelEvent Code 124 PC Crashing When Web Browsing but not While Gaming

I built my first PC and it was running well for a few weeks. Recently, it has been either giving me a BSOD or freezing. This mostly occurs when I am watching Youtube or just browsing the web on Google Chrome. I have never had a BSOD or freeze when gaming. I have run scans and the control terminal has not found any corrupt files. In reliability monitor, most crashes are caused by LiveKernelEvent code 124. My system is not overheating and I believe all my drivers are up to date.Components:CPU: Intel Core I9-14900kMotherboard: ASUS -Z790 LGA1700 ATXRAM: Corsair 32GB DDR5GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia RTX50

LiveKernelEvent Code 124 and WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR Submission

    Dear Microsoft Support,

I am encountering recurring LiveKernelEvent Code 124 and WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR problems on my Windows 10 Pro 64-bit system and would like to report this issue for further assistance. Below are the details of my system:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X (brand new)

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

    Motherboard: N7 B550 (brand new)

    RAM: T-Force Delta RGB DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHz

Power Supply: Apex Gaming AG 750

I have taken the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Checked for hardware issues and ensured proper seating of components.

Updated all device drivers, including graphics drivers.

Monitored system temperature and ensured proper ventilation.

    Installed the latest Windows updates.

Conducted stress tests on all hardware components, including CPU, GPU, and RAM.

Checked for BIOS/UEFI firmware updates and applied if available.

Disabled any overclocking on the system.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. The error typically occurs under all manners of work; including gaming and just browsing the web. I am aware of the similar forms but from everything I have seen it looks like it could be anything and I now longer wish to spend anymore money trying to fix this my self. I would appreciate any guidance or solutions you can provide to resolve this issue.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Sincerely, Levi

Simple as it sounds: the computer consistently crashes and reboots within 5 minutes to an hour of gameplay - doesn't matter what game, even Portal 2 will do it. The description above is one of many I've gotten since getting the computer 2 months ago. Nothing is overclocked; everything should be at factory settings. Local tech support is stumped, as stress testing produces no errors and internal temperatures all read fine. Could be a faulty part, but it's difficult to check because it can take a while to produce a crash. Any suggestions?
