Windows 10: I can't log in to Windows App

Hi, I tried gmail, hotmail addresses I have 4-5 email addreses whenever I try to log in the app, it says "we couldnt find a work or school account with that email address"What can I do?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
