Windows 10: "Something Went Wrong, and your PIN isn't available right now"

Recently tried installing Linux and turned off Secure Boot. This is the second time, out of 10-20 times the "Something Went Wrong, and your PIN isn't available right now" error shows up, that I had not a single way to setup a new pin or login to my account.And I had to try some random YT video for this, and it included some registry editing and stuff. I don' t want this happening again, because really this takes away 1-2 hours of my time, Is there anyway that I can avoid this in the future?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
