Windows 10: Experiencing issues with Sketchable Plus

I am experiencing an issue with Sketchable Plus on my Windows 10 Pro Surface Pro 3. Although the Microsoft Store confirms that my device is compatible, the app fails to launch, displaying the following error:> SketchableWinUI.exe - Entry Point Not Found > The procedure entry point DXGIDisableVBlankVirtualization could not be located in the dynamic link library > C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\SiliconBendersLLC SketchablePlus_1.2.4.0_x64_r2kxzpx527qgj\SketchableWinUI.exeI have attempted the following troubleshooting steps with no success:Reset my Surface Pro 3 completely.Installed all av

Problem with Sketchable Plus- image won't load

I downloaded sketchable plus. I drew an image and saved it to my computer. When I tried to open it the app says it’s to large to open in the app….why is that what can I do I spent so much time drawing

I never said it was your problem at all.

I said "You should maybe report the app to Microsoft and the developers proper lack of a reason."

That sentence is obviously putting the blame on the developer, not you.

If you go to the Sketchable download page and scroll to the bottom, there is a link to report the app to Microsoft:

You can click in the list box and choose the type of problem, whether its poor performance or Misleading app.

Describe the problem in detail then send it to Microsoft who will get in touch with the developer who will certainly listen to Microsoft and fix the problem. Why? Because they don't want their app to be removed or demonetized.
