Windows 10: Why is my Windows 11 PC crashing with BugCheckProgress 0x00040049 while idle or playing media?

Dear Microsoft Support, I am experiencing recurring system crashes on my Windows 11 Pro machine, typically when the computer is idle or playing video content such as YouTube, Twitch, or streaming services. These crashes happen about once or twice a week and have been occurring for several months. When the crash happens, a blue screen briefly appears too fast to read or capture, after which the system enters the BIOS/boot menu. Windows Media Player 11 plays but doesnt open?

Im been having a small problem with Windows Media Player 11 in windows vista, ill click on a song to play and it will play but it doesnt pop up, so ill have to go a open it for the start menu*Confused
