Windows 10: After turning on pc sits on a black screen and a loading symbol

After trying to shut down my pc for a windows update and it not shutting down at all I shut it off with the power button. And now when I turn it on it sits on a black screen with a loading symbol. I have unplugged it and held the power button down for 30 seconds. Then plugging it back in again

Pc stuck on black screen with loading symbol

Im unsure why but unplugged my pc after it wouldnt respond and i tried restarting so I unpluged but now its stuck on the black screen with a loading symbol and its just not starting up anymore and i dont know what to do!

My computer was acting up so I restarted it. After initial start-up the screen comes up black with the mouse cursor and the loading symbol blinking. I've tried going into safe mode, but it keeps bringing me back to the black screen. I tried to go back
to a previous update and that dodndi work. The only thing that I'm aware of that I haven't tried is resetting the computer. I'm hesitant to do that because I'll have to download some things that were frustrating to download in the first place.

 

Stuck on loading screen after startup

I've had windows 10 for a while now and I turned off my pc one night and turned it back on the next morning and when I did it loaded thewindows screen with a little white loading symbol underneath it then it loads to a purple screen with a white loading
circle in the middle and sits there endlessly..
