Windows 10: PC SHUTS DOWN ON BOOT

pc shuts down a few minutes after startup. got this pc from a friend and had no issues until a week after purchase, pc would shutdown after startup and then after shutting odwn specifically 3 times it would not shut down on the 4th boot, some days it will just not stop shutting down and today is one of those days. didn't update or download anything prior to today and this issue has occurred twice. by the issue i mean where it wont stop shutting down no BSOD and no warningsStartFragmentPCSHUTDOWN.evtxEndFragment

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you
