Windows 10: 0x80070424

I deleted windows update from the registry like a boss to force no updates because Windows seems to think I constantly need to have the most secure updates on what is now an overpriced solitaire and word processing machine since I cant use it for anything I wanted to,Because there's nothing like having over 50 thousand dollars worth of billing for clients you just spent the last 8 hours on the phone with working through open on your screen, walking away from your computer to get a rag to clean up a spill to come back to your computer updating, losing all of that work and a few near million dol

How I fix error 0x80070424 while updating windows ?

I have facing error while updating windows 10 .

Error name :

0x80070424

I tried all steps given by you in forum .

I went to services and then run all steps mentioned only " windows update " option is not available in services.

Please suggest alternative or again guide me steps to resolving
