    Icons from other computers are appearing on my laptop


    I have a new Windows 11 laptop and an older Windows 10 desktop. For some reason the desktop icons from my desktop keep appearing on the laptop. If I delete them, shortly they start appearing again. I searched the settings looking for something that may be causing this but I did not find anything. How do I get this to stop?

    laptop DVD drive not appearing on windows?

    Well my cousin is coming down soon with his laptop to get his DVD drive fixed because on my computers his DVD drive isn't appeared on the list,he can eject his DVD drive but it doesn't appear on windows..anyone know how to fix this?? would entering bios help?? would i be able to format it?

    • What is the make and model of your computer?
    • When did this icon start appearing?
    • Have you made any recent changes on your computer?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
