    BitLocker Recovery ROG ALLY


    I own an ROG ally, I just set it up and it went through a bios update. I turn it back on and I’m stuck on this screen, no Microsoft account to work with and I’m stuck here without a clue on what to do.

    How To Fix BitLocker On ROG ALLY

    My friend recently bought an Asus ROG Ally as of yesterday. When he updated it however, BitLocker said he needed a recovery key to access it. Since ROGs have Windows 11 as an OS, I assumed here would be the place to ask. He can't actually type in the spot where you type in the code so I don't even know if he can use his Asus Ally. How do I help him?

    How To Fix BitLocker On ROG ALLY

    To fix BitLocker on the Asus ROG Ally, your friend can follow these steps:



    1. Press and hold the power button on the device until it turns off completely.

    2. Press the power button again to turn on the device.

    3. When the BitLocker recovery screen appears, press the volume up button to switch to keyboard mode.

    4. Press inside the box and a keypad will appear.

    5. Enter the recovery key using the keypad.

    6. Once the recovery key is entered, the device should unlock and allow access to the operating system.



    If your friend does not have the recovery key, he can try to retrieve it by following the steps in Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows - Microsoft Support.

    My rog ally keeps saying my pin isn't available (code: 0xd0000225) I clicked set my pin took me to enter my password and asked to send code to my phone and I didn't get anything then I clicked send code to my email it didn't get sent there either can someone please help?
