Windows 10: How can i use my tablet samsung s9fe+ as a monitor for my laptop in a wired manner?

So, i have a samsung tablet, which has a 90hz refresh screen rate, and i want to use it as my monitor for my hp laptop. I know i can use the second screen system from the samsung to do it, but it doesnt connect as smoothly. the framerate is terribleso i bought an hdmi to usb type c cable, that can transfer up to 60hz+1920x1080p resolution, hoping that i can use it, but it seems like there are no setting or apps that can use this hdmi to type c cable to use my tablet as a monitor?TLDR:1. want to connect my tablet as a monitor for my pc2. wired connection with the second screen setting from sa

Tablet Mode with Dual Monitors

I just "upgraded" to Windows 10. I had a dual monitor setup in 8, and was able to function as if the desktop never existed, which is what I wanted. I have a Samsung Ativ, that came loaded with Windows 8. I can use it as a laptop or a tablet. I don't
have any use for or interest in the desktop in any context. I installed 10, set up the device to run in Tablet Mode all of the time, and discovered that Tablet Mode does not work when I plug in my second monitor. I have tried the trouble shooting, but it
seems that this is how Windows 10 functions. Is there a work around? Is there a backdoor that I can use to enable tablet mode when I have the 2nd monitor plugged in?
