Windows 10: I need help with my blue snowball ice USB not showing as an option on my pc in device...

i have recently just setup my blue snowball ice mic, i haven't used it for a while but it's technically brand new and it is showing the red light meaning it's on but when i go into device manager or more sound settings it's not showing my mic at all like i can't see it at all i've searched for so long now and i can't find anything to help That's my headset in the picture shown above but my mic isn't showing up at all even tho it's showing the red light on it

Blue Snowball iCE Microphone not working

Hi all,

I just got a Blue Snowball iCE and it is not working. I followed all published help document around the web and still no luck.

I have:

• Uninstalled and reinstalled the driver
• Tried different USB Ports
• Making sure my Microphone Privacy Settings were set to on
• Trying it on another Windows 10 Computer and following all of the above

I think its broke but I am reaching out to the community to see if there is anything else I can do to get it to work.

Any Suggestions on how to get it to work?

I am running Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134. If more info is needed let me know.

Blue Snowball iCE microphone not registering

I have a Blue Snowball iCE mic (a plug and play microphone) that worked fine unti I unplugged it to move my laptop. I plugged it back in and windows didn't notice. The light's off, it doesn't show up in the list of recording devices, and I can't find the
driver in Device Manager.

I have tried:

1. Uninstalling the "USB Composite Device" drivers in Device Manager and re-connecting the device.
2. Using Device Manager to search for updated drivers on said devices listed
3. Setting Privacy settings to allow apps to access my microphone
4. Device troubleshooter, hardware troubleshooter, recording troubleshooter, sound troubleshooter (basically every troubleshooter I could find)

I've been googling for days and none of the solutions I've found have worked. Can anyone help me?

 

Blue snowball ice shows up, and lights up, but no audi comes from it

Hi, I got a Blue Snowball ICE microphone for my birthday, and it shows up in both device manager, and settings, it also lights up on the mic, I'm using the same usb port as my old microphone, which worked. but nothing ive tried, and i've tried, has fixed
it, ive updated drives, disabled drivers, disabled device, restart, etc, any help?
