Windows 10: Bitlocker encryption support and 48 digit key

Hi,I am trying to login to my system hp probook, even with the right pin I cannot login. I want to find the right microsoft account linked to the device, but, no luck. In order to recover the data from the system, I want to identify the right microsoft account so I can retrieve the 48 digit key. BitLocker recovery key identification number (32-digit number) but how to retrieve my BitLocker recovery key (48-numeric digits)

Hi, as I can see my BitLocker recovery key identification number (32-digit number) but how could I make use of this ID to get my BitLocker recovery key (48-numeric digits) as I have not do backup earlier on my MS Account.

Any advice if I could recover my key (48-numeric digits) from using the BitLocker ID ?

i don't have recovery key with me .

when i open my partition disk bilocker prompt to enter 48 digit key.

i have never open bitlocker on my system and i don't know how my drives get locked.

neither my microsoft account have it nor i have set bitlocker password.

how to find the recovery key to shortout my problem.

 

Managed to "break" bitlocker, need help with unlocking drive, have 48 digit recovey key - Maybe raise bug report

So I might have found a way to break Bitlocker, to explain how it happened step by step:
I have a windows 10 install and the main drive was encrypted with Bitlocker, using pin to unlock every time you power on the computer.

I had a ram upgrade, which was causing instability issues, so I cleared the CMOS data from the bios. (This apparently deleted the data in the TPM)

I was asked to unlock the drive using the 48 digit key, this was not a problem as I had the key securely stored, so I unlocked the drive and booted to windows successfully.

However I was finding it annoying to have to enter they key every time, so after googling a bit, I entered command line and using the manage-bde command I DELETED the key, using -remove protectors <ID>

This left the bitlocker with only TPM and PIN as protectors. <- this is the problem

When rebooting the computer, bitlocker now indicates There are no recovery options available, since tpm and PIN are not allowed at boot to unlock when the system found changes in the hardware. I did boot successfully so Im not sure what steps I should have taken so the key was stored again on the TPM, maybe reencrypting bitlocker?

When trying to unlock the drive using a windows USB, status shows as

Size unknown GB

Bitlocker version 2.0

Conversion status: unknown

Encryption method: xts-aes 128

Protection status: unknown

Lock status: locked

Identification field: unknown

Automatic unlock: disabled

Key protectors: Tpm and pin

And trying to unlock using the 48 digit key yields failed to unlock drive.

My windows was on an offline account install.

Is there any recourse to unlock the drive?
I believe its a microsoft oversight to not let pin unlock the drive if there are no other protectors available, or at least suspend bitlocker encryption if it is in an "unrecoverable" state.
