Windows 10: 'Your device is missing important security and quality fixes' 0x80000ffff

Hi, I've been trying to update my Windows for the last month, but it kept failing and reverting back to the previous version 0x8000ffff.I know there are many solutions going around online, but I'm afraid none of them helped. I tried the methods listed in the link below:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-updates-failing-and-unable-to-install-or/bbaca816-90c9-446d-ac53-3df4f754f7baI also tried to upgrade my Windows from 10 to 11 because I was getting tired of these problems, but it always fails to install for some reason 0x8007000d, same issue when trying to update

Thank you. Below are screen shots from Hard Disk Sentinel, as well as Crystal Disk, which is what I normally use for checking disk health.













I see now about the ISO file now. I can just run it in Windows Explorer and then click on the Setup.exe file inside the ISO file to run it, correct?

At this point I am wondering if I should take any other steps first before running the ISO file and doing the install?

I will of course make a drive image first using Acronis before running it though.

Every time I update my Windows, I get this message:

It has been happening for a long time but does not seem to affect anything else Any ideas?
