    Like the title says, I'm trying to get a code email to reset my pin so I can turn my computer on. No code has been sent and I'm unable to use my computer. I'm am getting increasingly frustrated with the support options for Microsoft users. I have called four separate phone numbers to attempt to speak to someone, but all I receive are recorded messages telling me to visit the support website online. The support website does not help in any way and I'm finding it impossible to speak with anyone to resolve this issue. Please, PLEASE, help me unlock my computer so I can use it.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    fingerprint doesn`t work

    My fingerprint doesn`t work for many times, and i read the advices of the site, but nothing works. The fingerprint fix itself, but after many days and the problem repeat and repet. It is anoying. In the settings says "this option is unvailable" for every option! Why??? How to fix it?
