Windows 10: device does not show under microsoft account devices

Discus and support device does not show under microsoft account devices in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; After factory reset, device stopped showing under Microsoft account.     device does not show under microsoft account devices


    After factory reset, device stopped showing under Microsoft account. I tried all the usual methods, but my laptop is not getting listed under Microsoft account>devices. Microsoft store device management also does not show the device. It sometimes randomly shows it but without device name. Find my device also does not work. It looks like the link between device and Microsoft account is corrupted. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also contacted help, and issue is elevated but still no resolution.

    Microsoft Account devices list.

    Thank you again but thats not the problem either.

    I should be able to login to my Microsoft online account from any of my 4 PC's and see the exact same devices listed i.e. all 4 PC's should show up within the account devices list but they dont. Each PC displays a different device list.

    Yep, that would be the reason why the PC is listed more than once as a device for your Microsoft account.

    Each different computer name will be listed as a separate device.
