Windows 10: How do I fix my pc it’s completely cooked

So I have a 4060 ti and when i installed the newest driver for it my pc basically bricked. I couldn’t restart and when i force rebooted my pc I had to go through a million hoops to get safe mode to open. After i restored my pc and opened safe mode i deleted my current drivers. Now i just want to know what do i do from here? Because every time i try and restart i get a blue screen with a bad config error message. Any help would be appreciated

  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?

Let us try a few steps and check.



Step 1: Reset the Windows Store Cache

Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the
Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.



Note: A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.



Step 2: New user account

If the issue persists, then we would suggest you to create a new administrator user account and check, refer this article to

create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

3. Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to try creating a new user account and see if that helps. To create a new user account, refer the article Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.
