Windows 10: MS Launcher on Samsung s25 Ultra phone freezers and folders do not open

I am experiencing intermittent issues with Microsoft Launcher on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra phone. The problem has been ongoing for some time and seems to be specific to the Microsoft Launcher app. It also occurred with my previous Samsung M33 mobile phone.Issue Details:The Launcher sometimes freezes unexpectedly.On certain occasions, when I tap a folder on the home screen, instead of opening the folder, it opens a random app inside that folder.This issue is intermittent—it doesn’t happen every time, but it occurs frequently enough to disrupt my workflow.The Microsoft Launcher app is up to da

I would like to UNISTALL Microsoft Launcher on my Samsung S7 Edge phone. How do I do that?

I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled

Those are essentially the same steps I showed in Post #11 for my Samsung phone. It is important after the phone is connected to the PC with a USB cable to swipe from the top of the phone screen to show the notifications. If you can't connect the phone to your PC with a USB cable then the easiest way to get the screenshots from your phone to your PC is to email them to yourself. I just opened my Gmail account on my phone, created a new email, attached the screenshots to it, and emailed them. When I opened the email on my PC I selected to to download the attachment. Note the attachment was a single zip file with the screenshots inside.
