Windows 10: Cannot download PowerPoint presentations since renewing Microsoft Office subscription

Since renewing my subscription to Microsoft Office a month ago I can no longer download PowerPoint presentations via WeTransfer nor email - both from safe sources and I have enough space on my laptop. I have reinstalled Microsoft Office to see if that helped, it hasn't. The error message readsowerPoint can't read C:\........AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Outlook\UMGVOJUO\presentationtemplate.pptx.No explanation given as to what all that means and it's gibberish to me and of no help whatsoever.

Assigned Access of Powerpoint Presentation

I was hoping that by downloading the PowerPoint Mobile app in windows store, that I would be able to use it to setup assigned access on a Windows 10 computer and display a powerpoint presentation. Our issues is, we need this to be a Kiosk that no-one can
close out the presentation. Powerpoint allows you to turn most functions off, but you can still access the ease of access toolbar, and can also close the presentation out. When I go to assigned access though, Powerpoint Mobile does not appear in the list of
Apps. I have downloaded other Supposed PowerPoint Presenters, but none of them show up in the list either.

Can anyone tell me how to achieve this! I do not understand how to setup the Power Shell code to set this up, too technical for me. But I really need this as Kiosk computer. Any suggestion?

 

Renewal of OFFICE-365 subscription

Hi,

I am unable to renew the OFFICE-365 subscription. The payment option only has a credit/debit card. Tried using multiple cards, it always says that the details entered are incorrect. The site says "Bank couldn't authorize the payment method". The debit cards
are all active and I have used one of them last time to renew a OFFICE-365 subscription.

Raised multiple service requests on the same, but no solution. Had long chats, still no solution.
