Windows 10: Some keyboard shortcuts WIN + D, WIN + V don't work. Locking out with WIN + L and the task...

Hey everyone, I've seen similar questions posted here, and I've managed to solve part of my issues thanks to other responses, but I wanted to ask here because I'm not sure that my computer is safe.A week ago, I noticed that the following stopped working all of a sudden:WIN + D would not take me to my desktop.WIN + V would not open my clipboard anymore.WIN + L would not lock my laptop.Pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL would just display an empty screen with no options and only the "Cancel" button.The task manager was disabled. Windows key+Home shortcut doesn´t work anymore - How to restore?

Background:

I did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro (1909) on my HP Z440 Workstation and did notice that Win+Home don´t work anym****0 Home (1909) to test if it has been removed from 1909 but Win+Home do work on my laptop. My lapt****.

So, i decided to d****909) on my HP Workstation. Then i tested to open Edge at fullscreen and then launch Notepad and Win+Home does not work this time either. The expected result would have been that since Notepad was the active window a Win+Home should
have minimized Edge. This test was done directly after the install, so no other third party apps had been installed.

How do i get Win+Home back?

I have used it a lot during the years and miss it...

help anyone.. i all ready searched for a solution like updating keyboard software, update windows, do a gpedit config, scanned for viruses, rebooting pc....and still nothing works!.. im a frequent Win+E and Win+r user then after a
couple of days after buying my dell inspiron 15.

..when i press Win+E a sound plays.a sound like pressing something that is not able to be activated.... these shortcuts dont work..but the keys itself still works. when i click win button it opens start (which is normal) ..but when
i do Win+E R S W nothing works...but the right area of the board works.. like Win+L P etc..and all the other shortcuts alt,ctrl,fn still works.recently i deleted a folder called Tile Something cuz my start app were missing ..well its fixed now.. is this related
to the keyboard..i dont think so any ideas...and on safe mode everything works completely fine..is there anything to copy settings from the safe mode to the normal boot?..any help is appreciated..thx

 

How to disable Win+L in Windows 10?

As far as I know, there is no mean to disable only one Win+X keyboard shortcut.

What I can suggest is to disable completely Win+X hotkeys:

1. Type regedit in RUN or Start search box and press Enter. It'll open Registry Editor.
   
2. Now go to following key:
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
   
3. In right-side pane, create a new DWORD NoWinKeys and set its value to 1
   

1. Close Registry Editor and restart your system. After reboot, all Win+X hotkeys will be turned off in your system.
   

To re-enable them, delete the DWORD NoWinKeys created in step 3.
