Windows 10: I can't download purchased games from microsoft store onto a windows 10 desktop?

I have not being able to download purchased games from the Microsoft store except for COD MW Remastered. Everytime I try downloading a game it tells me that something went wrong and it's because of them. I have already updated everything that needs to be updated bot still nothing happens. I need some help with problem.

To install a game on you need to make sure that you sign in on your computer using the Microsoft account that you use to purchased the game. To install a game on Windows 10, you may follow the steps below:

• Using your Microsoft account, sign in to the PC where you want to install your games.
• On the Start screen, select the Store icon.
• In the Store, select Games from the menu.
• Browse to and select the game you want to buy.

If you already own the game, you can install it on your PC. Otherwise, select Install to download and install the game.

As a work around, I would suggest you to run Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all
  option on the left panel.
