Thanks for your response, Sawa. Unfortunately, none of your suggestions helped and I doubt it's the issue with the apps themselves. It's probably a Windows or computer issue. I tried lowering resolution as suggested by others in different forums, but that did not help. Text is still extremely small. This is really annoying as it's making some apps unusable.

Hi! I have been running into issues with certain apps on my Asus laptop from day 1. I noticed that certain text in certain apps is very small. When I got the laptop, it was running Windows 10 and now I am running Windows 11 - same issue persists. I have scaling set to 250% (recommended) and while increasing this number helps, it does make everything else super large. I also tried running apps as Administrator and running the program in Compatibility mode (Windows 7) but that did nothing. Some of the apps where I experienced these issues are CCleaner, Malwerebytes and Quickbooks (click links below for screenshots). For reference, I tried all these apps on my stationary PC that's running Windows 7 with default settings with no issues. quickbooks-screenshot-small — ImgBB ccleaner-screenshot-1 — ImgBB Malwarebytes-small-pop-up — ImgBB Please help as I have no idea on what the issue is and it's making some apps very hard to use while the laptop is relatively new.

I suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Resize the app.

  Open the Start menu.
  
• 
  Right click on the icons (which are appearing small on your start menu) and click on Resize.
  
• 
  Select the option like small/medium/large/wide which you like. (Resize options vary from the app to app)
  

Step 2: If the particular app is missing/not there on Start menu.

• 
  Open the Start menu, type the app name in the search bar.
  
• 
  Once you see the pap name on the search bar, right click on it and click on Pin to start if the app is not there on Start menu. (you may click on Pin to taskbar also if you wish to pin the app to taskbar)
