Windows 10: Your device ran into problem and needs to restart loop during windows 11 update

My laptop has gotten into an endless loop of "your device Run into a problem and needs to restart" during a Windows 11 update. I have tried the triple reboot method, in which we try to get into recovery options.But as my HP Victus doesnt show a windows logo or the dotted circle, It sure doesn't lead to the recovery options. So what should I do? Hoping you'll reply soon!

Restarting loop

I am having a problem, i downloaded a windows 11 update yesterday and it was done but then my device said that your pc ran into a problom and need to restart were restarting for you stop code is unmountable boot volume. My pc juts keeps on showing that and loop restarting

Everything I install a software on my Dell laptop I get this message:
