    I think computer devices are more powerful then they are because i've noticed that after an OS install the api's which are installed control the default values written on the drives directory.I did a deep dive into the secrets of an OS and found an astonishing correlation between how we are allowed to have powerful devices but they are under restrictive controls.simple discovery took place by going through a OS install and drive format and seeing values of 100% hardware performance but then limited and controlled by OS installed Api's and OS system user experience trends install and updates.ex

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    probldems with power

    Hi,

    Your concern about your laptop turning off completely when placed on sleep mode may indicate a possible improper power plan configuration. As an initial step to rule out any power settings issues, we suggest that you reset the settings to default. To do
    this, follow the steps below:

    • Type cmd in the search box.
    • Right clickCommand Prompt from the list, and select
      Run as administrator.
    • Type or copy and paste the command below:

      powercfg -restoredefaultschemes
    • Wait for the command to finish and restart the device if prompted.

    Once you're done, check if the issue persists.

    Insurgency wont install and run for me....

    I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
    I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

    I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

    First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

    Any ideas?
