Windows 10: Why is minecraft bedrock edition giving me input delay only when I'm in fullscreen?

When I am using fullscreen in bedrock, the game seems to not accept keyboard movement for a second after closing my inventory or menus. I close the inventory with "e" and then it takes around a half a second to move afterward, as if frozen for a split second. It also happens with chests, chat box, save and quit menu, etc. It is totally fine on a smaller sized window, just don't really know why it's happening on full screen.

Hi. I have problem. I see that summer 2022 will give minecraft bedrock as a bonus. So I own java edition and download minecraft bedrock. BUT it said buy minecraft for window in game. So I need help
