i have a amd radeon rx 6500 xt and it started lagging after my monitor disconnected for a second. I've tried updating my driver but still is laggy I don't know what to do now

Dear MarkTheSoviet,uninstall AMD drivers;

Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;

Click Apps & Features;

Uninstall AMD Software from the list;

Go to the AMD website and click on (+) Windows 11 - 64 Bit;

Install the Adrenalin 22.5.1 Recommended (WHQL) drivers:

After installation check if the problem still persists;
