Windows 10: Blue screen error and I cant submit a new request because the previous agent didn't close...

Hello, I would like to request remote assistance regarding an ongoing system issue that appears to be related to either Windows integrity or CPU compatibility. Background: Two days ago, I encountered a compatibility issue between my SSD WD SN580 2TB and Windows 11 version 22H2 or later. After unsuccessful attempts to fix the issue, I consulted both a Microsoft support agent Case #7077300147 and MSI technical support. Based on their suggestions, I installed a new SSD Samsung 990 Pro as the system drive and moved the WD SN580 to the D:\ drive. However, the system continues to experience bl

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
