Windows 10: No DVI output or signal from Kodlix Mini PC to monitors

Hello all! This is my last-ditch effort to try and get this DVI port sorted. I'm hoping someone out there can help. I'd certainly be grateful. So here is the issue in detail. I have a Kodlix Mfgt by Minisforum Computers that I purchased off of Amazon about a year ago. Ever since day one, this has been an issue. I have 2 Scepter 22" monitors. There is a DVI port, USB Standard Port, and a USB C port for up to Triple Monitor setups. I am currently running both monitors, but upon each and every startup or re- start Windows 11 only recognizes one monitor. I have to unplug and re-seat the USB

• Check DVI cable and connections: Ensure that the DVI cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the graphics card on your computer. Sometimes loose connections can cause signal problems. Try unplugging and re-plugging the DVI cable to ensure a snug fit.
  
• Update graphics drivers: Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers can cause display issues. Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your graphics card. You can usually find the latest drivers on the manufacturer's website.
  
• Boot in safe mode: Since you mentioned that the DVI-connected monitor works in safe mode, there may be a driver conflict causing the issue. Try booting into safe mode and uninstall any graphics drivers. Then, restart your computer and let Windows reinstall the drivers automatically.
  
• Check BIOS settings: In some cases, BIOS settings may interfere with dual monitor setups. Enter your computer's BIOS (usually by pressing the Delete or F2 key during boot-up) and check if there are any settings related to multiple displays. Try resetting the BIOS settings to their defaults.
  
  If you are going to modify BIOS Settings, please back up all your personal files first to ensure you do not lose data.
  
• Swap DVI ports: If your graphics card has multiple DVI ports, try connecting the DVI cable to a different port and see if the issue persists. This can help identify if there's a problem with a specific port.
  
• Test with different DVI cable: The DVI cable might be faulty. Try using a different DVI cable to see if that resolves the issue.
  
• Check resolution and refresh rate: Ensure that the resolution and refresh rate settings for the DVI-connected monitor are within its supported range. You can try setting them to the same values as the VGA-connected monitor and see if that helps.
  
• Boot with only one monitor: Disconnect the VGA monitor temporarily and try booting the system with only the DVI-connected monitor. This can help identify if there's a conflict between the two displays during boot-up.

VGA output signal

I am using Netbook HP Mini 110 and used to connect to my tv via VGA output. This was working well during Windows 7. However, after Windows 10 installed, my tv monitor say 'Signal Not Compatible'.

I also have Netbook HP Mini 210. This netbook perfectly displayed into the same tv monitor.

So, I compared the video driver on both netbook and both netbook is using the same type of driver.

Can anybody give suggestion on the VGA signal issue?

 

DVI dual monitor connected no signal fix?

Hey, I have been trying for a couple days now to get this dual monitor setup working, I made sure both monitors work, which they do however when one is booted the other shows no signal, one is connected to vga and one is connected to dvi. When I connect the monitors through vga they power on however when I try to power them on through the dvi cable they get to the windows loading screen then shut off and it says no signal, I can power it on through safe mode and it works through dvi however I can’t do that when I have dual monitors, also I tried changing the resolution and that still didn’t work, can anybody help me
