Windows 10: How to fix this error 0xc00000e5 ?????

Hey there! I have Surface Laptop 3. It has Intel Iris Plus Graphics. When I look at Event Viewer to see the status of the graphics card I see the same error 0xc00000e5. The issue is there is a specific .inf file that prevents the device from starting correctly. I tried uninstalling it from device manager then installing it and the same error 0xc00000e5 occurs with a different .inf file. I installed Display Driver Uninstaller and uninstalled the driver by it and installed again and the same error with another different .inf file. So what is the problem???? Does anyone who has Surface Laptop 3 h

I'm trying to open Windows Word, Excel, my printer information, link to my scanner, Avast antivirus program, etc and it keeps coming up with the following alert:

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00000e5). Click OK to close the application.

I've reviewed the other questions about this error, done the clean boot, and the problem hasn't resolved. What is the next step? I really need to access my word and excel documents and I'd love to have access to my printer again!
