    Hello, I need help with cleaning my C Drive because I tried finding big files already and clearing them including temp files and I still have low storage, I don't know what the problem is. Can anyone help me solving this issue?Thank you!

    Access to Drive C disappeared for no known reason.

    For no known reason, I lost access to my C Drive which is primary. My computer does not recognize that it exist with all my software. The D Drive works but does not have the software. Any suggestion on how to regain access to the drive?

    Thank you for your response.



    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.


    • Press Windows +E,

    • Right click on C: drive.

    • Select Sharing Tab.

    • Click on Advanced Sharing.

    • Uncheck “Share this folder”.
