Windows 10: Blue screen error on my windows 11 PC

I recently installed windows 11 on my new hdd and I used it for 1 hour and after that an blue screen error came saying "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" and it restarted the next day the same happened and after restarting it didn't boot up and it said automatic repair and checking and correcting disk errors and nothing happened. Now it shows the blue screen and "BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO". After few attempts it shows 2 options shutdown and advance option I tried everything in advanced options but it says error occurred during the process. Please help me, what to do. My pc is a 9th gen i3, a gt 710 gpu and 4gb

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

  What is the make and model of your computer?

  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
