Windows 10: how to fix Laptop slider brightness?

i have seen many solutions heres but none of them really worked. Tried the uninstalling and installing a driver still not very helpfulI don't really know, but most poeple keep saying same thing, that doesn't worksI use HP elitebook x360 1040 G7

After the update, the traditional brightness slider might have been moved to a different location or incorporated into a different settings menu. Look for alternative brightness controls in the display settings, power settings, or system settings on your laptop.

 

Brightness slider

The latest update replaces the brightness slider with HDR. My laptop does not support it. Now I can't change the brightness on the screen because the slider is gone. How do I get it back?

 

No option or slider to adjust Brightness ?

Brightness sliders are only in !all in ones", like laptops, and tablets I believe.
