1st I already tried SFC /ScanNow, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, and Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth 2nd Neither my account or devices were compromised I just wanted to reset and start fresh.3rd used Reset this PC there were NO errors, NO codes, and NO hardware changes.4th This is Win 11 Pro upgraded from Win 10 Pro in 20235th On this account under Device this pc is gone. This pc was in Devices before I used Reset this PC.6th When I use troubleshooting, I receive the following "Troubleshooting has completed We weren't able to activate Windows on this devi

Windows 10 Pro Activation - Hardware Change (0xC004F211)

Error 0xC004F211, tried multiple methods and I'm unable to retrieve the key from my windows copy now that the activation is unavailable. Anyone knows some software to retrieve the key without powershell (empty read-out) and ProduKey. Really been trying to avoid the linux live usb method to retrieve the key that way from a reg file...

Anyway "troubleshooter" either asks me to contact a administrator or doesn't show the "changed my hardware" link button to do the finishing step to fix this. I already am signed in with my microsoft account to which the license is linked to. (since my mobo and cpu swap the mobo in registered PC's it is noted as "to be filled by oem, guess that is the reason for the admin request")

Been trying to fix this for 2 weeks and got several tickets waiting for "call from agent". I get why people download windows key activation tools illegally. Truly at a loss here.

i updated bios before one week but i hadn't change any hardware
