    Issues with wireless mice

I have 2 laptops with wireless mice that work with an USB reciever. When plugged in, both mice work on 1 laptop at the same time but both don't work on the other laptop. I have slready tried switching recievers between laptops but it didn't work.

Wireless mouse "driver is unavailable" issues

    Hi,

The error Driver is unavailable means that there is no available driver installed for your mouse that’s why it is not working. We suggest that you check the mouse driver from the device manager. Follow the steps below:

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Look for Mice and other pointing devices and click it to expand.
    • Check if there is a driver for the wireless mouse.

If there is none, we suggest that you visit the manufacturer’s website of the mouse and download then install the latest mouse driver compatible to Windows 10.

Get back to us if you need further assistance.

    Recommendation for wireless mice

I do and have been for a while. Currently gaming with the Logitech MX Master 2S. Before that the Logitech Performance MX. For keyboard I'm currently using the Logitech Craft, which is also wireless.

Love Logitech's keyboards and mice *Smile

Recommendation for wireless mice: I'm trying to look for a wireless mouse to replace the one I have right now. Regarding wireless keyboards and mice: For 25 years I've turned on monitor, speakers, and computer every day. Now I'm considering an all-in-one desktop. Just one AC plug, just one button! But I find that most of them now use "wireless" keyboards and mice. My questions: Do these have to be turned on and off every...
