Windows 10: Some problem with keyboard layout

From the two images above, it can be seen that the Keyboard Layout includes Vietnamese, which I don't actually need. I only want the English layout. I'd like to ask how to remove it. The Vietnamese keyboard in Windows is quite a nuisance when it suddenly gets activated instead of the English one.Furthermore, I'm encountering an issue where pressing Alt + Shift or Win + Space brings up the floating Keyboard Layout window, even though I’ve already tried to disable those shortcuts. This interferes with some software I run in full screen mode. If it's not possible to completely remove the Vietname

This suggests to me that you are using the wrong "keyboard language" for your keyboard, and that therefore you first step would be to determine exactly what language keyboard you have. Possibly have a look at Windows Keyboard Layouts - Globalization | Microsoft Docs.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)

 

Cannot remove Keyboard Layout

I do not know how to install this, any advise will be appreciated.
