    Windows long stutter after boot


    Hello,I am experiencing a sort of stutter, or lag after boot. Usually occures ca. 5sec after I booted into my desktop. During that, everything freezes for about 2-3 seconds.I created boot logs with Windows Performance Recorder and tried to analyze them. Im not an expert on that and could not pinpoint the problem. Unfurtanetly the ETL-files are way to big to share.     Extremely long and incomplete boot

    This may be a long shot. My PC hung at boot yesterday after typing the password - see Can't Login - Further Troubleshooting Steps?

    I ran chkdsk c: /spotfix and all is now fine. Someone has also suggested running chkdsk c: /r.
