  1. Why is my processor constantly working at 100% while playing Call of Duty Warzone?


    As of recent i've been struggling when playing Call of Duty Warzone. I've had a few errors that can be seen in the picture on the bottom. When searching for a fix i got recommended to uninstall my current Nvidia driver and download an older one. I've done this through display driver uninstaller and i'm no longer full on crashing with a directx error. However my CPU is now constantly 100% in use while playing COD while my GPU is only at about 50%. Before all of this i never had any issues with either. I've tried numerous things to get my CPU usage down while playing COD but nothing seems to wor

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Can you not see that in the list of installed apps in the Settings app?

    What version of Call of Duty Warzone do you play, is that from the Microsoft Store, or Steam or from the game developers website?

    Will there ever be a fix - I need the CitrixWorkspaceApp for work purposes....? The only way for me to play Warzone is to uninstall the CitrixWorkspaceApp.

    Funny -> COD Vanguard is working fine with the CitrixWorkspaceApp installed. I think Activision has to act here and fix this problem!

    We're investigating an issue where some players are unable to launch the game through the Battle.net App while having Citrix active.

    Workaround: Disable "App Protect" within Citrix Workspace before attempting to launch the game.

    So deactivating the "App Protect" helps. No need to uninstall the CitrixWorkspaceApp. But you have too choose at the installation! Once you activate it you can not deactivate it afterwarts...

    DirectX found a unrecoverable problem while trying to play Call Of Duty Warzone

    Every time I try to play Call Of Duty Warzone a message that says DirectX found a unrecoverable problem. I looked at the Diagnostic for it and everything seems to running right. My computer meets the system requirements for the game as well. Please tell
    me what do to to fix this problem.
