Windows 10: I have an HP Windows 11 and the camera won't read the artifical lighting I set up

Because one side of the place where I record videos has windows my face is half lit when taking videos. So I place a light on the other side. The light will shine into the camera, but then the camera dims it so it won't work anymore, even though the light is still bright. The video won't record it. How do I fix this? Changing the brightness on the camera doesn't help because one side of the room is darker.

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

 

Read camera memory card

I have a Pentax Optio 330RS camera. I should be able to connect the camera to my HP Envy15 laptop by cable to download the photos on the memory card or from the camera's internal memory to the laptop. It doesn't work and I suspect that the camera's software is not compatible with Windows 10 ( v1809) on the laptop. Can anyone confirm this and perhaps suggest a way I can read the camera's memory card?

 

Volume Mute Light won´t change color

Which steps did you perform? Was this from a clean boot?
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
It will boot to the recovery options or windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
Click troubleshooting and click reset this computer. You will be saving files. Applications and programs will be removed. Windows will be reinstalled.
Enter your windows logon password.
You will see getting things ready with rotating dots.
Click resetting this PC.
It will then display the HP logo with resetting this PC with rotating dots and a percentage.
