    Windows Update has been failing for a few weeks now, PC severely impacted in performance


    Hello,My Windows Updates have continuously failed for the last few weeks now, with the error code 0x800703f1.I have contacted MS chat support three times now, without success.I have tried the following;- The sfc /scannow command fails could not complete the operation- Restarting the BITS, cryptographic services as well as the windows installer and updater did not fix the issue.- Running the DISM to verify system files fails due to a corrupt registry.- Running a reinstall windows using the media creation kit fails with error code 0x8007001f in the SAFE_OS operation during the APPLY_IMAGE oper

    Windows Updates failed to instal

    I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
