Windows 10: Pc goes straight to black screen and refuses to delete any files

I have a ibuypower pc that is factory with windows 11 and for some reason every time I turn it on or restart it just give me a black screen I’ve tried to uninstall files and reset but it just says there was a problem and won’t work I have good power and my uefi still works but I can’t get past the first loading screen

I also see that you are facing issues with the keyboard this might be due to the corruption of keyboard drivers. I suggest you to run the
