Windows 10: Hello, My Dell Vostro shows 100% on battery but when disconnected shuts off, Please help!

Hello, I own a dell Vostro, I've had it for 3 years, it's a good laptop.but now it doesn't show the battery icon in the task bar and when I click on the control center it shows "100%" but when I disconnect it, it instantly dies and shuts off i've done abunch of stuff, lock screen it shows the battery icon with an X in it, Please help.

Regarding shut down of my dell vostro 3500 battery

I am currently using Dell Vostro 3500 with the latest and updated version of windows 11. When is shut down my laptop from the start it shut down and the battery also shuts down but when i shut down it with alt+f4 it shuts down, but the battery does not shut down. I got to know about this issue when is checked my screen on time in the setting and it was 23 hours. I hace nerver used my laptop for 23 hours. Kindly Solve this problem immediately
