    Been searching for an hour on how to get help when i got phone notification saying card was charged $2.99 for Video Cutter : Video Trimmer . this was not authorized. please cancel

    lumia video trimmer on nokia lumia 520

    The Video Trimmer app is no longer available.

    Try Video Tuner by Microsoft, or another video editor from the app store.

    Please also update the Lumia Camera app. The suggestion from the camera app to install the trimmer app was removed some time ago.

    So I got a $30 gift card off of Amazon I put it on my account and instantly I get a charge a game called five nights at Freddy's original series and I didn't buy it but when I went to go refund this unauthorized purchase it wouldn't let me cuz it says I already played this game which I never did and never intended to so I need a real person not a robot to refund me this because I just got scammed out of $30
