Windows 10: Bluetooth headphones not working after windows update on 01/06/2025

I have had these headphones https://www.srhythm.com/products/nc75 for around 5 years and never had any issues with their Bluetooth connectivity. However, after a somewhat large Windows update it took over half an hour to complete, all my Bluetooth devices disappeared. When I tried pairing them again, the PC just wouldn’t recognize them.To be clear, this has never happened before on any device using these headphones. I also have another PC running Windows 11 that was updated as well, and I’m experiencing the same issue there. However, when I try connecting them to a device that doesn’t use

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

 

Bluetooth not recognising headphones

Bluetooth on my PC recognises, pairs with and works with an ear piece headphone/mic.
Bluetooth on my Smartphone recognises, pairs with and works with an Ausdom headphone.
Therefore all hardware works.

However, PC Bluetooth will not recognise, let alone pair with, Ausdom headphone.

I have tried re-boots, turning Bluetooth on/off, uninstalling, re-loading drivers, etc. I have run out of ideas.

Any suggestions please?

 

My Bluetooth headphones don't work since the last windows update

If the issue is still the same, we can update the latest Bluetooth drivers and check if that helps. Here's how:

If the Bluetooth headphones is still not working, uninstall and reinstall the latest Bluetooth drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
