    StartFragmentHello everyone, I've reviewed a few posts with similar issues, but unfortunately, none of the solutions I've found have worked for me. I'm hoping someone can help me resolve this situation. I'll try to be as detailed as possible: A while back, I signed into Microsoft Office 365 on my laptop using my university email address, since the school provides free access to the Office 365 desktop apps. I didn't realize then that doing this enrolled my device in the school's MDM Mobile Device Management. I recently decided to purchase my Office 365 subscription with my personal Microsoft

  3. Remove MDM

    Hi,

    I am searching for a way to removing lingering MDM profiles on hundreds of Windows 10 devices after a botched deployment from someone who quit their job. The Airwatch agent was deployed to the devices but something went wrong and now the devices don’t have the agent, but they have the profile in the metro settings under accounts in work or school access. Even though they have the profile, the devices don’t show up in the Airwatch console. They are domain joined and also have the Airwatch profile. Does anyone know a way to automate clearing out Windows 10 MDM profiles? All I know is that I could remove it manually with a local admin account and clicking delete in that settings menu for the mdm profile, then the device could re-enroll properly.

    Unable to enroll Microsoft Windows 10 Phone Anniversary to non-Microsoft MDM Solutions

    Since upgrading all our Microsoft Windows 10 Phones to Anniversary we can no longer enroll the device to non-Microsoft MDM Solutions

    Prior to the upgrade, most of the devices can enroll without issue (WP 8.1 & 10)

    We utilize autodiscovery for the enrollment

    Now however autodiscovery is defaulting to only Micrsosoft or O365 Accounts

    Is it possible to utilize Autodiscovery when enrolling a Microsoft Windows 10 Phone Anniversary as we do in previous versions to a non-Microsoft MDM Solution

    NOTE: We can bypass this by manually specifying a fake email and manually entering the Server Address of the MDM Solution but the device does not seem to be fully enrolled
