Windows 10: I can’t log in to my microsoft account becaouse i forgot my password and iI can’t redeem a new

I need to get a new veification code and I have had some problems with my computer and i can’t remember my passwordI now use a differentiering account to try to get some help

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: On-Screen Keyboard

You may use the accessibility options to pop open a on-screen keyboard and type the password from there to make sure you are typing the correct password.

Step 2:

If you see your email address listed there, it must be a Microsoft account. You will be able to reset the password and log in if your PC is connected to internet.

Forgot password for Microsoft account

Hi, I bought a new Nokia Lumia 1020 today and could not log in to my Microsoft account because I forgot my password. I tried to reset it but was forced to fill in a report to tell everything about how I have used the account, emails I have sent, emails
I have got and so on. The problem is I havent used the account in that way, so Microsoft didn`t accept only name and birthday. I had the same phone-model before and if I registrer a new account, I can not get access to all the apps I had on my earlier phone.
